Bellamies FSD Services — Custom PHP MVC Framework & Portfolio

Designed and developed a custom PHP MVC web application and reusable framework to demonstrate practical full-stack development skills. Implemented routing, controllers, models and views, MySQL database integration, user authentication, moderated account approval, password-reset workflows, CSRF protection, contact processing, blog functionality, and a database-driven meeting scheduler currently being finalized.

NYS Office of Information Technology — WebNY Digital Experience / DOH Public Website Administration | 12/2019 – Present

• Perform website accessibility testing using Accessibility Insights for Web, evaluating Drupal CMS pages against WCAG 2.1 AA and WCAG 2.2 AA criteria and documenting findings through Jira.
• Develop and maintain public-facing Department of Health web content, including HTML pages, press releases, and Drupal CMS content.
• Convert Microsoft Word and Excel source documents into accessible HTML content and apply CSS styling for publication.
• Supported high-volume public website content development and maintenance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

NYS Office of Information Technology — SharePoint Forms Developer | 03/2016 – 12/2019

• Developed browser-based SharePoint forms using Microsoft InfoPath 2013, incorporating text fields, dropdowns, repeating sections, attachment controls, signatures, date/time controls, and SharePoint/database lookups.
• Designed and implemented a “New Application Request Form” to support organizational application-request workflows.

• Supported more than 2,000 users through the NYS ITSM desktop support environment, troubleshooting hardware, software, network printing, and workstation issues.
